Where to Eat for New Year’s Eve 2009 in Penang

I had not planned on making a New Year’s Eve list initially when I made this Where to Eat for Christmas list. Mostly because the prices for new year’s eve is usually sky high. But, I’ve had quite a few requests for New Year’s Eve as well. So I managed to do a quick check with a few establishments, and so here is lingzie.com’s Where to Eat for New Year’s Eve list!
